  1. I have tried everything to play this file and can't do it. windows media player says it can't be played. I also installed VLC player but it will only play the audio. Any ideas of how to play this? I am running windows 7 ultimate

  3. Not sure what you mean by media info. When I put my mouse over it it just says type asf file 45.5 mb and 31 minutes long.

Not sure if it is damaged. Like I said earlier I can get the audio to play in some software just can't see the video.

Not sure if it is protected.

The file is the recorded video stream from a webinar. I need to watch it for work training so I hope I can figure it out soon.

  6. The fourcc is "G2M4", which is "GoToMeeting" Codec

There is a download link to a decoder on this page

    https://www4.gotomeeting.com/codec?Portal=www.gotomeeting.com

Or some modified Mplayer binaries should be able to play it
