Hi Guys
Being pretty ignorant about video I seem to be going around in circles trying to find information.
I have a 29 minute squash video in .MOV format. I want to extract a 20 second clip, slow the action down for analysis purposes and save the slowed down action clip.
Any pointers on how I could achieve this using free software would be much appreciated.
Would one option be to play the section of video in slowed down mode and capture it using some software.
Look forward to any helpful replies

Thanks papakilo
I've just downloaded and am starting to have a play around. It looks to be precisely what I'm looking for.
I'll report back later.

Well it did the job easily, albeit without saving audio, but I'm not complaining.
I'll be using this little programme often.
Great call papakilo
