Dialogue Volume in LCD TV is low while action/music volume is high

I play the movies by plugging the pendrive in LCD TV after downloading them in laptop.

Most of the time, the dialogue volume is low while it drastically increases during action / music scenes.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

down converted to 2-channel

There is nothing you can do about it.
