Convert, Burn, .... DVD to Blu-Ray?

Hi,

How is a DVD format converted to Blu-Ray format to where the subtitles, menus, chapters, special features, ... are fully intact?

I am not trying to improve the quality of the DVD by converting to Blu-Ray. I understand the quality will be basic.

Do I convert AUDIO_TS/VIDEO_TS folders to BDMV/CERTIFICATE folders, or a different format, ... somehow?

I thought maybe tsMuxeR might convert DVD to Blu-Ray, however, I am not able to figure it out?

After the DVD works in the Blu-Ray, I would like to burn the Blu-Ray or convert/burn in same setting also?

Any help given to where the Blu-Ray works also is greatly, greatly, greatly, greatly, greatly, ... appreciated! Please and thank you!

You won't be able to transfer the dvd menu over to blu-ray, movie only.
