    no thats only for back up games not for vcd and its american and japanese not british

    There is a modchip called neo4 that plays them.

    there is no chip on the market to let you play vcds on the ps2 yet..you have to convert them to an mpeg 2 stream and it doesnt work correctly, you are better off getting what u want to watch put on dvdr
