Hello everyone,
I'm having the exactly same problem as the thread below.
https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/231974-DVD-ARCHITECT-picture-flickering!!!!URGENT
Unfortunately, I can't find a solution since the answered link seems to be wrong.
If I render my video using the "DVD Architect 24p NTSC video stream" instead "DVD Architect NTSC video stream" can I solve the problem?
Thankyou.

My source is a uncompressed 720x480 29.97fps avi captured through a TV Tuner (I'm capturing a VHS tape through composite input).
Then, I rendered the file in Sony Vegas using the "DVD Architect NTSC video stream" option. -
Describe what you mean by "flickering" - this can mean completely different things to different people
So there is no "flicker" before you burn? Did you build a disc image (iso), or DVD folders and test them on the computer before burning ? Or did you only test in vegas ? (ie. at what stages did you do tests ? )
