    Hi all,

    I have purchased a JVC HR-S7965EK VCR but do not have a remote control with it so don't know how to ensure that TBC and any S-VHS filters are turned on as the instruction manual only shows how to do it using a remote.

    Any ideas?

    You can also try auction sites, as well as some of the more expensive and feature-rich programmable universal remotes.
