Is it possible to burn while encoding?(need quick response)

Im encoding a movie with TMPGEnc Plus
right now and I need to make a copy of another
movie for someone right quick.
Will I mess the encoding of the movie while
I copy the other movie from CD to CD with Easy cd?
Or will I corrupt the CD?
Need quick and correct answer.

On TMPGEnc set option, task priority, idle time only for both active and inactive prior to doing your burn. This will dedicate your computer to the burning task without messing up either the burn or the encode.
