Visualize audio to video (Realtime spectrogram?)

Hi

I am looking for a piece of software that can produce a video file that includes visual spectrogram analysis / graphic sample analysis, from an audio file.

As when editing a waveform in some sound program, there is a line indicating where in the sample, the playing is taking place.
Not sure if this has to be done with more complex software, like plugins or the like.
