Tmpgenc Author Works 4 - Menu "Still Image" Just Shows Green??

I'm having trouble with TMPGENC Author Works 4 - I manage to import all my scenes, I want a one page menu, so I select "Top Menu Only" option. I set my background sound to play in the menu... I also set a custom background still image from a file on my computer. I start the process - it spits out the DVD on my computer... here's where the problem comes in - I test the VIDEO_TS file in VLC player, and it brings up the menu - my background image in the menu flashes for one second, then I get a green screen... the background menu audio still plays but my image is not there - just a green screen. Has anyone else here experienced this problem, or know of a solution?

Did some research and it appears to be a problem with just VLC, thankfully.... I plan on burning this to disc, so hopefully all should be well when I play it on my DVD player tonight. Not sure if any of you guys ran into this or found a work around... See link:
