    Hi,

    I have a lot of .MOV files that I record from my camera.
    Is there any tools can do batch to convert .MOV to .WMV?

    You can use freemake video converter(ADWARE!) to convert to wmv with vc1 and wma audio.

    You may try TEncoder which is multithreaded and can speed up encoding process if you have a bulk of files. And of course a multi-core CPU .
