Currently, my friend give me a copy of one AVI file ... and I play it with VLC.
There is TWO audio ... I believe it was RUSSIA and ENGLISH.
I've tried to change the Audio by AUDIO > AUDIO TRACK > the available options is DISABLE and TRACK 1 only.
Am I able to separate the audio? If YES ... how?

Is it an AVI, or an MKV
Anyway, to begin with, try a different media player --- MPC-HC or PotPlayer. And if you're sure it's an AVI file, please do not use Windows Media Player, because WMP cannot handle AVIs with multiple audio streams. -
Sounds like a single auudio stream with language 1 on left channel and language 2 on right. To fix that kind permanently, you would open the video's audio in an audio editor or DAW and mix 1 channel to mono, dropping the other channel, then reencode. Then remux the new audio with the video, in place of the old.
If both the languages are mixed together to the same channel(s) of the same track, you are stuck!
