I've downloaded Ice Age from the net as two sepreate avi files. I joined them using VirutalDub and the instructions found on this site.
I used the KingVipers template to create my mpeg2 for SVCD with a few modifications. I changed the bitrate on the video to 2250, the Audio to 224 and dual channel, motion search position to veryslow, I set the video source type to interlace and the rate control to constant quality. I also changed, at the begining of the wizard, from video to film.
My results are Video= OK
Audio= Terrible
The sound is 'echoy' as if it was recorded inside a can or pale. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to correct this audio problem?
