How to combine audio streams.

Hi,

I am using Dxtory to record my FSX videos. Using fddshow/ H.264/Lame MP3. I am recording audio from speaker and mic. When i play the video on my PC everything looks and sounds great but when I upload this video to Youtube only the speaker sound is heard. I am new to this and just found out that I need to produce a file with one sound stream.

How to do this? I downloaded Avidemux. I have been experimenting with this but have not been unable to output a video with both audio streams. I'm missing something.

Any help would be appreciated.

Extract both audio streams and merge in for example audacity. Add back the audio to the video.
