If you do not use smartripper (or equivalent) to rip the dvd first on your harddrive youself you can use the vstrip function in dvd2svcd
It actually uses the program vstrip.exe for it
The error is telling you that it can't find vstrip in the dvd2svcd program folder
Look in \Program Files\DVD2SVD\
If you used the bundle setup it should be in \program files\dvd2svcd\vstrip
Try reinstalling the bundle version (and afterwards all the updates)
ps: in the sub folders you'll all the utils dvd2svd uses
good luck

Ahh 2nd try I tryed to install it . it worked=)
THX.....now its ripping off....dammm how long time does it take! it have been on for 13 houres!! -
I have 1333 Mhz athlon with 512 Meg SDRAM
a 100 minutes dvd using VBR mode with 4 passes takes 10-11 hours
(including audio/titles/muxing and the vcdimager)
btw i always use CCE (in stead of tmpgenc)
If you use CBR it will be 3 times faster (but not better unfortunately)
