I don't think you can put vp6 in the mp4 container....so you must reconvert.

But have you tried that with a vp6 codec? Does the mp4 work fine?

i'm trying to convert it to MP4 without re-encoding, after converting the video is ok but no audio i'm using ffmpeg newest version

i also tried to demux it convert audio to MP3 and mux it but audio is always out of sync i'm using Yamb with newest version of MP4Box
