Need Better Program than AbcAVi to edit video file tags

Hi I'm trying to edit file tags on my video files and I found a program called abcavi... the only problem is that I get errors with it when trying to save and it is a really old program... So is there a better program out there for editing video file tags?

may be MetadataTouch (trial-/payware)

and it is a really old program...

avi container specification hasn't changed for a long time,....

the only problem is that I get errors with it when trying to save

care to elaborate on that? maybe it's a simple to fix known problem,...

If I edit the "Title" field of an avi and click save in abcavi it says error wa unable to save "".

Works fine here.
-> Does this happen with all your avi files or just with some?
Got any non common characters in you avi file name? (try if it helps to rename it to test.avi)
Check that your avi is not write protected or on a medium that is write protected.
What audio/video streams are in your avi?

Renaming the file before I opened it up in the editor seemed to work. Thank you. As for my other thread if you at all could help that'd be great!

Like I said: No clue about Xbox. Don't even know somebody who owns one or uses WMC.
