The sound is coming out to my receiver via video card's hdmi output. The Windows Sound Volume Mixer settings shows it is configured as 5.1. All 5.1 speakers normally work with other devices and all 5.1 speakers do play all channels when "testing" in the Windows Sound Volume Mixer configuration. I have the following MPC-HC settings enabled but only the center channel is still playing. Please help me fix this.
