    Hello

I need to slice an MP4 file into 60mn chuncks to match the limit imposed by the hoster.

To make it easier for viewers to follow the video from one part to the other, I'd like each subsequent part to start 5s earlier, eg. part 1 = 00:00:00-60:00:00, part 2 = 59:55:00-end.

I tried VirtualDub (but it only handles AVI), AviDemux (works but was slow to slice), ffmpeg (no sound in second file), FreeVideoDub (can't see how to set end or start as 60:00:00), and finally "My MP4 GUI", which works OK but won't let me set the next file to start 5s earlier.

Do you know of a Windows (CLI or GUI) application that can do this?

    Thank you.

    Thanks.

I tried "My MP4Box GUI" and it worked well. The only addition I'd make is display the total length of the file, to make it easier to type the end duration of a slice.
