would anyone here know where i can get the above as I have tried everywhere i can think of
or a program to make avi or any video file smaller

Why do you need a 64bit version?
Most all-in-one converters can make avi or any files smaller....like vidcoder, freemake video converter. -
As a rule 64 bit software won't be significantly faster than 32 bit software. It just allows the use of more memory. And something like WMM hardly uses any memory.

Don't think a build was ever made specifically for XP 64 bit. Check this out. It might give you a start.
