I have a ATI TV Wonder and have capured a Happy Gilmore with it off of my VCR to mpeg1 VCD setting with MMC. I then burn it to a VCD using Nero and the video is horrible. The sound is great, but the video is really bad. My question is, should the VCD play in full screen mode? It looks great on my PC but when I play it on the TV it sucks.
CAn anyone help a frustrated newbie?
Thanks

my little experience is telling me that the first capture is the most important, also I burned only 10 second just for the heck of it,,,using Nero and Panasonic Encoder...the quality is not that good compare with TMPEG
and burning with VCDEasy....now I am very happy with the final vcd after using TMPEG and VCDEasy,I capture at 320x240 and the picture was great, even when is just analog camcorder....just capture at 320x240...
also you need to know that your capture software must be correctly set.Rigo.F
