I use VirtualDub 1.49 to capture video from an Osprey-220. The Osprey-220 has onboard audio, so there "should not" be any frame losses due to audio sync, but there are. I lose about 1 in 2000 frames and still, the audio is not in perfect sync (in contrast, if I turn off audio capture, I don't lose any frames).
Does anyone out there have an Osprey card and is able to capture video with accurate audio sync, and not drop frames? If so, what capture software do you use?

Hi
I use the onboard audio with an Osprey 200 and VirtualDub 1.4.7
In the capture>timing menu I uncheck the "adjust video clock dynamically to match audio clock" this is not needed with the Osprey onboard audio and it's use could be detremental to synch.
Do not capture in the overlay mode but use Preview instead.
I do not drop any frames when capturing at 640x480 29fps using a AMD 1.4 Gig machine
