I am converting a movie from Divx to SVCD. The resolution of the source video is 576*240. My DVD player can play any resolution even if it's not the standard 480*480. So if I leave it as it is, will I have to make the bitrate higher in order for the quality to be the same as it would be if it were 480*480?
