I'm using Camtasia to record various shows off the net and have a question regarding screen capture of high motion scenes. In my flight sim program, I'm able to force vsnc at 1/2 refresh rate which stops the tearing in full screen mode. Now, I'm getting the same issue which recording high motion scenes off the net, that is, there is visible tearing which results in stuttering (jumping) on playback. Any ideas on how to fix this?
