Xvid4PSP synchronization problem

Hello guys! I am trying to convert an .MKV file to .MP4 to play in a PS3. The problem is it doesn't matter the settings I put in "Video Encoding" the encoded files passes the video in fast motion and the audio goes normal. I want to convert to hardsub the subtitles to the video. The subtitles appear, but the video since the beginning goes to fast, like if I were fast forwarding it.
Can anyone help me? Thank you!

Install MediaInfo and open the MKV with it. Post the results here. Maybe it has stripped headers and those are confusing Xvid4PSP or maybe there is something else strange that we can see from the output of MediaInfo.
