	hey ozok, aren't you the author of tencoder? if you are, well, i like your work. i think it's better than mediacoder in some ways.

	Under "Others" tab you'll see "Advanced Options" textbox. Click to the box left to it to enable it. Enter "-x ref=11". But if you select a x264 preset/profile/tune it most probably will override it. I managed to get ref 11 by setting "Preset", "Profile", "Tune" and "Level" to "auto" under "x264" tab and entering "-x ref=11".
