Doesn't matter why I need one, I just want the cheapest of the cheap. Like EasyCap level -- they do have a component input device, but it only captures in 480i.

    Requirements:
    YPbPr input
    1080i input and capture
    USB output
    Windows compatible

Don't care about brand or what format it captures to.

So far I've found cheap barebones EyeTVs on eBay, but those are Mac-only.

Couldn't find any reviews on this particular model. Aldi products like this never come with much info on them and hardly anyone seems to upload indepth reviews/ samples etc on them, sadly.

If only more people were to upload in depth reviews of the things they've bought, choosing which to buy would be so much easier.

Not necessarily. A lot of reviews about any tech device include people who are too stupid to know how to use it correctly and they ALWAYS blame the device and/or the manufacturer for their own inadequacies. SSD reviews are filled with posts by angry users who say that the SSD is pure crap and it died within a few days of using it, but almost always those people failed to install the current firmware BEFORE using the drive.
