Apparently it's possible to burn a Blu-Ray file onto a standard DVD-R disc for playback on a Blu-ray player.
What I've read is the file has to be rendered as AVCHD to work. I don't see an option for AVCHD per se within the templates in Vegas Pro 8. I see one for AVC/AAC.
Can this be done using VP8 and DVDAS?
What other considerations I should be aware of?
Thanks
