Premier Pro CS4 outputing in slow mo problem.

Hi,
I have Premier Pro CS4 and importing footage filmed on Samsung HMX-H300SP which is in MP4 format, 720 50p.

When i output it comes out in slow motion. I have tried several different options and settings, can anyone suggest a fix or a plugin?

How are you determining this? Maybe it's a playback problem? (what software, what computer specs) ? Try another video player e.g. vlc, mpchc, smplayer

What FPS was the clip interpreted as ? (right click the clip in the clip bin)

What sequence settings ?

What export settings ?

Thanks, you mentioned the output settings! DOH! Only thing i hadnt changed, outputted to a different format and all is ok.
