    Cn any body tell me about the patents of new HEVC standard.I have build HEVC Decoder which works very well.
    If I want sell the decoder to some XYZ company for commercial purpose do i have to pay royalty to patent holders or the XYZ company will pay them.

    if the final of the standard approved?
    According to http://www.mpegla.com/main/pid/hevc/default.aspx this is planned for January 2013, but did probably not happen till now, otherwise MPEG LA would have probably published some licensing infos.
