    The discolorations are in the original. But something in your processing has enhanced them.

    And you have horribly over sharped the video. Look at those big halos around all the text!

    your right, ill have to go back and lower my sharpening settings. maybe turn off sharpening on fft3d, and then mess with msharpen. I have a feeling that over sharpening has brought out the discolorization.
