    Hello everyone,

I am so new to this so please bare with me while I try to ask and relate my questions. I am hoping to figure this out before I download any more programs and crash my computer

I decided I wanted to find a way to burn videos or tv shows to dvd's so that I could watch them on my tv. I was looking for all free sites.

I found a site to watch shows, downloaded firefox upon recommendation and ultimately ended up downloading realplayer and downloadhelper which enabled me to download the episodes I selected. I then learned I could download and convert the files to different formats so I went with wmv. I was then able to view in windows media player but when I tried to burn the disc using the media player - soon found out that it needed to be formatted for dvd player.

After more hours of googling and trying to figure it out, I downloaded any video converter and have successfully been able to convert 3 episodes to mpeg2 format. I tried one episode first and after about an hour or so it converted it, I put a blank dvd-r in and it burned it onto the disc which actually played in my dvd player.

I tried this evening to put 2 episodes on one disc after downloading and converting two additional videos. Now I cannot figure out how to burn those using the any video converter. It appears that it will only burn one video directly upon completion of the conversion?

Can anyone help me figure this out? I know I am so new to this and don't know or understand all the terminology and formatting. Maybe I am not even using the right programs nor do I know if I need to be using all of these programs, which currently include - firefox, downloadhelper, windows media player and any video converter.

Thank you for your patience and any assistance you can offer.

What files have any video converter created? If it's a VIDEO_TS folder with vob files then burn it with imgburn.

You can also try other free video to dvd converters like freemake video converter, dvd flick, avstodvd.

Thank you for your response. Any video converter created mpeg2video clips from the wmv files created with downloadhelper.
