Problem with MKV on Samsung TV

Hi everyone. I'm here begging for help.
I'm posting two MediaInfo files below. Can anyone tell me why my Samsung TV (UN40ES6800) plays the first file and not the second? And is there a way to convert the second one so it can be played just like the first one?
