Recently, I tried to turn on my computer, and it shows this message to Launch Starup Repair, but then it shows nothing but a black screen.
I also tried to press the F11 key immidiately after turning it on again to bypass the message, but then all it shows is a blue screen with the cursor and nothing else.
The computer is an HP powered by Windows Vista, Graphics by NVIDIA, with AMD 64 Live!
Here are two videos demonstrating both situations.

in the first video, what happens if instead of "launch start up repair" you choose "boot normally"? is that what the second video is showing?
also, did that pc come with a full version of Vista or a repair disc? what happens if you try to use which ever it came with? -
No, the second video is what happens when I press the F11 key.
If I click Boot Normally, the screen still goes black.
