I recently encountered an F05 error with my Panasonic AG2560 while ejecting a tape -- which I think is similar to the F05 error on the AG1980 indicating a problem with the capstan motor or reel motor. I shut it down and was eventually able to eject the tape, but now when I attempt to play any tape, the tracking seems to be all messed up -- it can't seem to lock on. It's unfortunate since it was an extremely good VCR at tracking. Has anyone experienced this issue before? If so, is it even worth trying to get fixed?
Thanks in advance.
