    Trying to use the Honestech VHS to DVD 5.0 Delux. I downloaded the software as required, did all the connections on the capture device as recommended but as soon as I try to use it I get the following message. "No capture device detected. Please connect the capture device before using honestech 5.0 delux".?? I've disconnected and reconnected I don't know how manny times but I still can't get it to work and get the same message over and over??? I'm using i7-3770 processo and USB Ports 3.0. I notice that the instructions mentions to connect to the USB 2.0 port. Could this be where the problem is or should it work with 3.0. Port. If anyone can help me on this I would appreciate it. I hope I posted in the right place. Tks.

    Is that the software that comes with your noname capture device?

    The software was included in the box with Hommestech 5.0 delux.
