    Looking to buy a webcam, That I can overylay Text/images all in real time,did a google search didnt find anything.

    You can use any webcam. The issue is finding software that supports the features you want. Maybe something like these:

    http://www.ustream.tv/producer
    http://www.shiningmorning.com/
