    Cyberlink Power2Go Ver. 6.2.0.6020 - came bundled with an LG burner. Firmware is the latest update.

    Just tried making an image file of a BD I created, it's giving an error - something about the drive may be used by other image creation software.

    Tried saving it to 2 different drives.

    Any suggestions?

    Updated to ver. 7 - works okay now. Wonder why they don't ship the drive with software that works out of the box.
