    It's useful to convert between formats, useless as an editor.

    XMR is ONLY a converter. It has no interactive editing, unlike both mentioned programs. And XMR is dependent on one developer who doesn't communicate with anyone, ever, and provides no way even to report the (frequent) bugs that appear with each update. That's "professional"? It's free, it's useful, but it's extremely amateur.
