    I don't want to re-encode my MP4 recordings in order for them to work in video editing programs. Before I bin it and seek another capture card from some other company, is there any way to trim bits out without having to re-encode

    Also could you it other capture cards from other companies.

    I'm not going to get any help or my money back they're ignoring all my emails & have just recently restricted access to their forums.
