I have been trying to convert several .rm files recently. I have tried using EO video to convert them directly to .mpg files, but the picture skips and the motion is choppy. The files are 25 fps, but I have been converting them using 29.97. Will the bitrate affect it? What is the best bitrate to use? I have a 1.3 GB P4 processor and 128MB RAM. I try not to have any other programs operating while I am converting. Also, I tried converting to .avi first and then .mpg and the same thing happened (using EO video). Are there other programs that will convert .rm that are better? I cannot use tinra because the audio does not match up when I use it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
monday
