    Hey,
    This is annoying the living hell out of me.
    While TMPGEnc allows encoding to MP4, it only outputs Stereo. I've tried various apps and I have no idea how to add an AC3 to an MP4 (which I read shouldn't really be possible) or a M2TS. Can someone help me out here?

    Mp4Box can add ac3 to mp4 files. (Yamb and 'My MP4Box GUI' are two examples for guis)
    tsMuxeR can add ac3 to m2ts files. (comes with it's own gui)
    + there are tons of alternative tools that can multiplex ac3 to mp4&m2ts using mp4box and tsMuxeR.
