    Hi, I am encoding 10 frames of BQMall video test by using HEVC HM 15.0

    ../bin/TAppEncoderStatic -c encoder_lowdelay_main.cfg -c BQMall.cfg

    The problem is the bitrate achieved was 1079 bps and the runtime for encoding 10 frames was 59 sec, so, I think these results are not correct. This is the first time I am trying HEVC encoder. According to several papers HEVC achieves higher bitrates, so, am I doing something wrong?
    My machine is Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2650 v2 @ 2.60GHz, 65933 MB
