Does anyone have any idea how to add (author) closed caption to a VCD? I've been able to add subtitles using subtitler+VDub but that is a solution that builds the text into the image and forces me to watch the subtitles even if I don't want them.
I've seen that is possible to have a file CAPTnn.DAt in EXT folder that actually contains CC but I haven't seen any program to create this file and also there is no way to force VCDEasy or TSCV to add a new file to EXT folder.
Any ideas? Any thoughts?

Earlier on, I started a thread on this very topic. It can be found here:

( I tried answering your post earlier, and ended up bumping my own)
Hope this helps, because it didn't help me.
