Someone please help!
I am converting a Divx DVD rip that is burned to a cd-r, to vcd. I am using the ntsc film template as I want to keep the frame rate at 23.976 fps. The film I am doing is Atlantis by Divx Dominion. The first time I encoded it there was no audio at all. So I extracted the audio, converted it to mpa and multiplexed it with the video stream, but then it gets out of sync! IT works fine in its mpeg 4 file, is there any hope at all?![]()

This works for me, every time.
Tmpgenc (newest 2.53), you have to give the Direct Show reader, higest priority. Options->envierment settings.
Know just load your avi as audio in Tmpgenc, and convert it, and then multiplex it together.
hope it helps
