When I use .txt format for subtitles, everything's OK. But when I convert the very subtitles to .ssa in Subtitle Edit and try to hardcode them in VirtualDub, they are not synchronised with a movie. I tried to play the movie in VideoLAN with .ssa subs, and it turns out they are not synchronised even before hardcoding. I haven't had that issue before. Any ideas?
