This may be a stupid question but when I convert a video there's always a white frame added at the last second, I'm very anal/OCD about my videos is there any way for the white frame not to be added? I use WinAVI All in One Converter set to convert to iPod and H.264 encoder. I've uploaded a 21 sec video to show the white frame being added at the end of the video, any help is appreciated. http://www.mediafire.com/?ru16zh3emz8vwvz

Well I ran the clip frame by frame and I do not see any white frame at the end.

Now that I restarted my computer the white frames are gone, can a video decoder from a computer fail or show problems?
