Help with Sony DAV-S300

Hi, I'm new here, anyway
Um, I've got a problem with my sony DAV-S300 DVD player.
While watching a dvd, after about 30min, it starts going 'digital fuzzy', with little 'blocks' of the screen, and pausing etc.
the sound goes a bit 'clicky' as well.
I can't really describe it, but yeah, its 'digitaly fuzzy'!! if u can make out that!!
It gets worse and worse, till you can't hardly see anything.
Any one know whats wrong?
It has only recently been doing this.

Does it do it to every DVD? Have you tried cleaning the lense? Mine is almost two years old, never been serviced and still working perfectly. Except it doesn't play burned VCD on CD-R, but that's another story.

Yup, happens with every DVD, and i've tried to clean the lense using a lense cleaner disk.
But we've just sent it in to be fixed
