I want to get a media player and wondered if there's any consensus as the best model.
I looked into it about a year ago and it seems the WD TV was best value? I could go a bit more than $100 but if it's not necessary...
Are there features that others have that I would be missing if I got the WD TV?
Also, i want to store all my media on network storage and was wondering if there is any library software that is common for all or most devices to recognize? Like, if I could enter titles and the cast, description, etc... and then, if i search Robert De Niro for example, it would show all the movies in my library that he's in...
It seems that would be a pretty essential thing for people with decent size media collections and multiple devices.
