Ok I can convert things and burn etc, but what i am seeing is the video is really jerky, audio is in sync and everything but the video just doesn't seem right, any suggestions? thanks I have been using TMPG for converting using ntsc film, and then doing ntsc 4/3 525 lines.

just downloaded movies that play fine on PC then when I go to convert them using tmg, that parts fine, I then use nero to burn selecting vcd. The audio is synced fine but the video is really jerky, Iam I converting these wrong? Any help?

When you convert using TMPGEnc (And a VCD template???) you say your mpeg is fine ?
But then Nero makes it bad ? Is Nero doing any conversion because your Mpeg is not fully VCD complaint ?
Nero will add what you have already done without conversion If your mpeg is fully VCD complaint. -
i think I figured it out, I was doing ntsc film, 23 fps, and should be doing ntsc video, 29 fps.

OK looks like I still have the problem when I use the template, its almost like there is tracers when there is movement. Any suggestions?
